I am a committed Christian, non denominational. The teachings of Jesus and worship of the Almighty are central to my life. I am calm, caring and affectionate and would like to have a wife who will have children with me. I do like to joke and laugh and I have quite a lot of thoughts about political issues but have never been active in politics. Whilst I am moderately traditional in values I believe in husband and wife sharing the work of raising the family. I believe in the values of the Bible ie a modest and quiet lifestyle. My parents are retired and live a short drive away. My sister is married and her children although young are growing up.
I trained as a molecular biologist but was unable to pursue that career eventually. So I retrained as an accounts clerk and am now settling into working as the village (Parish) clerk of a nearby village. Where I live is not in the city although it is quite accessible but in a quiet and peaceful village.

Wise, kind, gentle and preferably like me funny ie making jokes or humorous comments, chatty.
Preferably a Christian or willing to support me in following Lord Jesus, my ideal wife would be a partner in converting atheists which abound in Britain to following Lord Jesus. Provided you can recognise Lord Jesus as the true teacher and as the Spirit-Son of the Creator it does not matter what background you come from. I would like to have a large family if it is possible, children are a blessing from God, but all depends on the health and well being of the wife. Reasonable English or the ability to learn it is important for living here and for our deep communication.
