It would be nice to have someone to look up to, to learn from at the same time be looked after, and cared for instead of being pushed for, looked down, or being in competition with (a grand heart is a must). Someone who is balanced to adapt and act in different settings. As I carry high career ambitions for myself (to have someone to live the experience by side or have plans for time I will be away from it, or a push when re-entering) and someone who can deal with my mother in her unrefined ways. Someone who is career-oriented (I can support with my niche), but also has a life and interests outside of work. Someone who can drive me around and make me his focal point.
