IB has demonstrated great leadership skill from an early age. With his high EQ, he had nurtured the development of children as a Swimming Instructor during the early part of his High School days. Equipped with this natural ability, and armed with technical analytical skills, he has seen rapid growth in his professional career.
Even though he is the only child, he has learned to be compassionate and caring towards his elders. His approach has been balanced and fair when interacting with his cousins. He has the ability to debate and present his arguments fairly and confidently.
Prior to entering into an activity he undertakes detail research. This enables him to complete the task in an organized manner. Yet he maintains enough flexibility in his approach so that if it is required to alter his approach, he is able to do so in a smooth manner.
