She is my fourth daughter. Elder three are married. Her name is Susmita .Susmita meaning is good smile and she have a very good smile with lovely dimple .She is honest, simple, good educated ,loyal in but very modern thinking and she have perfect balance between modernity and ethnicity. She is poet, writer, dancer, painter and good human being. She worked in n.g.o for some time. But now not working because my health reason but writing a blog She is not money minded but has practical approach towards life.She did masters in anthropology, post graduate diploma in n.g.o. administration,post graduate diploma in human resource development and organizational behavior and computer diploma.
