An upper middle class family, originally from Patna , with liberal values. His father(ao) is retd. from veterinary dept. and his mother is a homemaker(product of Patna Womens College)-MA-B.Ed. He has two brother(1 married)-Software Engineer in Hyderabad. and one sister E&c engineer (Married).
Sister in law- Mechanical engineer -Scientist (D.R.D.O ) ,Brother-in-law is also an engineer as a Senior Principal Consultant(Mnc)
Paternal grandfather- was an A.S.M in railway dept. and Maternal grandfather was a senior account officer in A.g office.(both central govt. ).
