1.I am retired as a Professor from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in May 2023. I got divorced in 2020. I am well educated (Ph.D.), open minded and liberal in views and have a friendly personality. I have read many other subjects and especially interested in discussing on History, Science, Economics and the World affairs. I am opposed to any kind of discrimination on the basis of sex, caste, ethnicity or religion. I have a Scientific temperamental attitude. I have done research in my field of specialisation and have guided doctoral students. I am in good health and health conscious. I look younger for my actual age. I have pension and and my own flat in Thane and sufficient retirement income to support myself and my partner. I also have plans for working post retirement to keep myself occupied partly and earn some extra income.
2. Doctorate and post doctoral research abroad. Professor at IIT Bombay for over 30 years. Retired recently.
3. Two married brothers. Mother. Father expired. We are a liberal Marathi family.
5. I have no cast constraints and ready to marry with a Budhhist also.

About Life Partner Preferences:

1.Looking for a life partner, who will be suitable to me in behaviour and interests. Should be well educated, modern and has self respect. Should not have strong religious or rightist political views. I am Scientific minded and an atheist but dont mind my partner to be a believer except we should be flexible for accepting eachother's views. I am looking for a partner who has independent and progressive outlook to life not someone who just wants to be a caring housewife or believe in a traditional role of women. I myself have broader and progressive outlook to relationship and I believe in mutual respect and independence of views with the partner. I am looking for a happy and supportive relationship both physically and emotionally with my partner and develop emotional bonding for life and enjoying life and travel with the partner.
2. Should be educated at minimum graduate level. Preferably with Science or Humanities/Arts background. Or someone who is an artist, journalist despite different educational background.
3. No constraints about family background or cast.
