I’m a B2B growth consultant responsible for overseeing the marketing and revenue growth for a virtual healthcare services company.

I work remotely and am in the process of moving to Barcelona Spain for a year.

A big part of my life is my health. I love to keep fit with a daily workout of some kind, whether weights or a run. I also love to eat well (though I am happy to be naughty once a week with one cheat meal). I’m vegetarian and do not drink.

I am a big family person with a very close relationship to my younger brother (only sibling) and my parents.

I am quite a homebody. I keep a small social circle with old school friends still in my life. I value a lot of peace, calm and good company. I don’t need a lot of external stimulus. I have my hands full with my projects and don’t get bored easily.

Finally a big part of my life and identity is growth. I love to learn new things, expand and challenge my thinking and build new skills.
